Surgical Rehab Specialists is a revolutionary physiotherapy practice, providing quality care for people before and after surgery.  At Surgical Rehab Specialists, we work closely with Auckland's leading surgeons.  You can trust you will receive quality, hands-on physiotherapy care, as well as specific exercise rehabilitation.

Surgery can be an inevitable course of management for a large variety of musculoskeletal conditions, and at Surgical Rehab Specialists we want to make this process as painless as possible. Leading up to your surgery you may be referred to the clinic for ‘pre-hab’. It is widely known that strengthening and education prior to surgery significantly improves patient outcomes.

Following surgery, you will receive comprehensive hands-on treatment, and exercise-based rehabilitation based on your surgeons recommendations and protocols. We can also look after the other things - improving your scars, and arranging equipment such as braces if necessary. This package will be overseen by experienced, specialised physiotherapists who will liaise closely with the surgeon that has performed the operation. Clear communication between the surgeon, patient and the physiotherapist, will ensure you are well looked after.
